Request a Booking

1. Deposit to be paid by bank transfer to confirm booking.  The payment details will be emailed to you on submission of this form to secure payment.
2. Confirmation will be sent once payment is received.

1. To secure your booking a deposit of 25%, (Minimum £100) is payable
2. The remaining balance is then payable in full 8 weeks prior to your start date.
3. If booking your holiday within this 8-week timescale then the full balance is due at the time of your booking.

We recommend that you only make travel arrangements once you have received final confirmation from us which we aim to complete within 24 hours. We do not charge a booking fee but there will be a charge if you cancel your holiday with us as detailed below.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. If dates are cancelled prior to 12 weeks of the start date, an Administration fee of £50 only is payable, all other fees paid to date are refunded. This is reduced to £25 if alternate/available dates are booked
2. If dates are cancelled prior to 6 weeks of the start date, then 50% of all fees paid to date are refunded
3. If dates are cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date, then we regret we are unable to refund any fees paid to date*.

*We strongly recommend that you take your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellation circumstances or breakages/damages to our property.
